The story of a successful web project usually starts with the “Project description form” (available on this page) where you can tell us what you need and when you need it. We respond with our proposal where we describe what we can offer and how much it costs.

We also supply our terms and conditions which contain information such as payment terms (this may vary, but the most common practice is to have payments broken down into four instalments with the first 25% payable at the beginning of the project and the last upon project completion). When we agree on the terms, the contract is signed.

When the foundation has been laid, we move to pen and paper. Yes, we start the old-fashioned way, drawing, sketching, and doodling. We go through all the material you provided and do our own research. We ask questions and discuss ideas with you. It is important that our clients are involved in the process so we use an online collaboration system called Podio to make it really convenient for all involved. We think of Podio as our online office space. Thanks to this system, you will always know how your project is going and can check on the progress. Maybe you haven’t used Podio yet, but we promise you will feel at home there. Just bring your own coffee.

From paper to digital form – from design concepts and wireframes we move to the final product. Once we agree on the direction of design and features, you will get to sit back, relax and enjoy watching your project come to life.
